Terms & Conditions :

1. The voucher entitles the holder to purchase rooms value of voucher only at our hotel and brochure.
2. This voucher is valid for 12month from the date of registration.
3. This voucher is not exchangeable for cash.
4. This voucher is not transferable.
5. Damaged or lost voucher will be considered as invalid and will not be replaced.
6. The voucher is not valid with other form of discount card, cash coupon or promotion.
7. The voucher only for one redemption and cannot be accumulated.
8. Yellow Mansion Hotel reserves the right.
9. Only original voucher with authorized signature and company stamp are acceptable, photocopied will not be entertained.
10. If the value of the rooms is below the voucher amount, NO refund will be given.
11. If the values of the rooms exceed the voucher amount, the difference should be made.
